Because our products are digital files (instant download), returns are not possible after you have downloaded the files.

All our products are delivered as digital downloads. Once payment is complete, you get immediate access to download the files. After downloading, we cannot accept returns or cancel the transaction.

What we can do if something goes wrong

We're here to help. If:

• you can't download the file — email us, we'll resend the link or help troubleshoot
• the file is corrupted or won't open properly — we'll send you a fresh copy
• the product isn't what you expected — tell us about it, our team will help find an alternative or advise

If you want a different product, we can discuss it. With digital files there's no physical exchange, but we're happy to help you find a better fit.
